Looking for Thomas or George LOWRY

Started by: mikejb (4)

Hoping someone can help me here please.

I'm looking to contact Thomas or George LOWRY. I'm uncertain of their ages, but I'd guess they would be in their '70s by now.

Thomas and George's parents were Annie and George LOWRY. Annie's maiden name was BLEARS.

I believe one, or both of these two brothers are still living in the Wigan area. George came to visit my aunt about 12 years ago (E. Green) but didn't leave any contact information.

I think one of the brothers used to own some kind of electrical shop in Wigan many years ago.

If anyone can help, please get in touch.

Mike.

I think George lives in the Scholes area, not sure where Thomas lives as I've not seen them for many years.

Hi Micheal, ask Brian for my e mail address, he has 2 cousins with the same name, myself and another cousin. My family don't like there names to be used on the computer.
Take care Christine

Hi Keno,

MANY thanks for your post, it's really appreciated!

I'll drop Brian my details very shortly. You can tell George that I am Eileen Green's nephew, and her sister, Pat Blears' son.

Sorry for the late reply but I've been working away for the last few days.

Cheers,

Mike.

(reposting this as my last message doesn't seem to have appeared!)

Thanks for the help, Ken. I've managed to talk with George now and he gave me a lot of good information.

Unfortunately, it seems that the person who hold the main information I'm seeking is George's brother, Thomas. Problem is, George does not have Thomas's contact details, so it looks like I might be back on square one.

If there's anyone reading who might have info that will point me to Thomas, please reply here, of ask Brian (site owner) for my contact details and drop me an email.

Cheers,

Mike.
